Basic information and the How to

Who are we?

We are at , enabling the users to self file ISF 10+2 and Customs Entries to the US Customs.

You may import from anywhere, but should have an U.S. Legal Entity - EIN or SSN required.

Our platform will guide you through the process of filing an ISF and Entry, as well as additional functionalities such as becoming self filer :

- setting connection with CBP and getting Filer Code to be able to file Entry by yourself (Filer Code is not needed for ISF)

- registering Importer/Consignee and Manufacturers when needed automatically with the CBP if the registration is missing

- and much more.

Current state of eezyimport

We support ISF and Entry filing modules.

We offer filing the ISF for 10$ and filing Entry will be 35$. No additional fees at any point.

If you don't have a customs bond we offer you to purchase a Single Customs Bond for 45$ within 48 hours.

By default you are getting notifications - text and emails updates in real time as they are sent from the CBP and our system eezyimport guidance.

You are in the center! You are in charge of the process! No middleman.

If you have a Filer Code you can start your own Entry summary filing after a short update with the ABI Client Representative, otherwise you can request a Filer Code from CBP port director of your Main port of entry.

Process and Timeline

ISF must be filled 24 hours before departure from the last foreign port.

ISF will include global information regarding your goods.

You need to file Entry in between? days previous to 14 days after the arrival date.

Entry (customs clearing file) will include the full and local information regarding your goods and enable you to release goods with the CBP.

In order to use the self filer module you need to get filer code from the CBP and update in our system.

Self Filer ? is already an opened module on our system and you may use it to send proper requests to get Filer code.

Broker module

Understanding the on-boarding process of our user we are about to launch a module of a broker filling, while the user will file all the necessary information in the platform and will upload the relevant documents, the broker will review the filling and will classified the goods according to CBP regulation, only then file it to customs.

Payment of the duties taxes (if applicable) and the service will be done via PayPal and in advance.

This module will support our users in the process of becoming independent importers, clearing their own goods.

Explaining BL handling

Carrier/Freight forwarder must fill his side of data 48 hours previously of the vessel departing from the last foreign port.

The BL the importer uses must match with the Carrier/Freight forwarder filling? in order for ISF to be accepted and approved.

You should fill the lowest BL possible - meaning if you have House BL fill it , if not fill Master.

The structure of the BL field is - 4 first letters are the SCAC - Carrier Code and then the BL number.

Also pay attention you are picking the right type of BL - House or Master.

If you don't have a bond you can ask to purchase one after you fill out all other details in the ISF.
